Question

A question arose whether the affidavit of service is in compliance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

!
Answer

Instructions for service of Summons are discussed in sections 113 through 117 of the Civil Procedural Code of the Russian Federation.

A person expected to participate in a legal proceeding (Defendant) is required to be notified so by a Summons, an official letter sent by certified mail with return receipt, or by any other means that would ensure delivery to the addressee (including personal delivery).

A Summons, as one of the accepted forms of judicial notifications, is to be delivered to a person expected to participate in a legal proceeding well in advance to ensure they have adequate time to prepare for the proceeding.

A Summons in matrimonial matters is to be delivered in person unless otherwise instructed.

Thus, pursuant to laws and regulations of the Russian Federation, I submit this affidavit to declare the aforementioned Affidavit of Service is valid.
